Between Imitation and Arbitration – A Limestone Month Presentation

June 14, 2021 @ 7:00 pm EDT

Free

Between Imitation and Arbitration

Our Limestone Heritage Month guest speakers are Jei Jeeyea Kim, Assistant Professor, and W. Dorian Bybee, Lecturer, both from the J. Irwin Miller Architecture Program, Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture + Design at Indiana University. The name of their presentation is “Between Imitation and Arbitration.”

In addition to a wealth of information about how local limestone was used in architecture, Professor Kim and Mr. Bybee have also lent the museum a very interesting exhibit on limestone in architecture. The exhibit is already on display in the main gallery, so please come and enjoy it and learn.
