Below are the steps to ensure the event is held safely. This information and more can be read on the Women’s Expo Website.

Please carefully read the following Covid-19 steps that have been established to ensure a safe and healthy event:

• Face masks will be strongly encouraged for vendors and guests
• Vendor and guest temperatures will be taken at the door prior to entering the event with a digital non contact infrared thermometer 
• Each attendee will receive a squirt of hand sanitizer prior to entering the gymnasium
• Attendance will be tracked and monitored to meet the CDC and government requirements at the time of the event. IF traffic is still government regulated (Stage 4.5), after the initial traffic threshold is met, as attendees depart, new attendees will enter 
• Restroom and door sanitize cleaning will take place every 30 minutes. 
• Where possible, one-way traffic will be established and encouraged.
• One entrance and one exit will be established and enforced.
