WILLIAMS COVERED BRIDGE DINNER Each year, Lawrence County Tourism and the Williams Community host a dinner on the Historic Williams Covered Bridge. Tickets must be purchased beforehand. To get your tickets, contact the Lawrence County Tourism office at (812)849-1090. Leave a message if no one is in the office. $30/person Gather - 4:00 PM Dinner - 5:00 PM  

75TH MITCHELL PERSIMMON FESTIVAL Persimmons are the heart of Mitchell, Indiana. That's why Mitchell hosts the annual Persimmon Festival, with this year being the 75th! FREE FISHING DAYS During statewide Free Fishing Days, Indiana residents can fish on any public waters without a fishing license or trout/salmon stamp! These days offer a great chance to learn how to fish or have family gatherings!
