National Walking Week is April 1 – 7, 2024. Here is what is planned at Spring Mill State Park.
Monday, April 1
- 3pm – 1/4 mile hike on Trail 6. Meet at Grissom Memorial parking lot.
- 5:30pm – 2.6 mile hike on Blue Jacket Trail. Meet at Friendship Park on Main St. in Mitchell.
Tuesday, April 2
- 10am – 2-1/4 mile hike on Trail 7 and the Stagecoach Trail. Meet at the Tulip Poplar shelter
Wednesday, April 3
- 9am – 2 miles hike on Trail 4. Meet at the Donaldson Shelter parking lot.
Thursday, April 4
- 1pm – 2.5 mile hike on Trail 3. Meet at the Twin Caves parking lot.
Friday, April 5
- 10am – 2 mile hike on Mountain bike Trail. Meet at Spring Mill pool parking lot.
Saturday, April 6
- 10am – 10K or 5 K hike on parts of Trails 6, 3, 5, 4 & 2. Meet at the Twin Cave parking lot.
Sunday, April 7
- 1 pm – 1 miles hike on Trail 5. Meet at the Lakeview Activity Center.
