CHILDRENS OUTDOOR DAY

Bring your little ones to do everything on it! Pick up a Bill of Rights and program schedule the day of at the main gate or at the Lakeview Activity Center.
Saturday, August 12th
All programs located at the Lakeview Activity Center unless stated next to program. Adult must be present with children at all programming.
10am: Fishing Activity
10:30am-3pm: Fishing with Family. Everyone under 18 years of age can borrow a fishing pole and take some bait and fish our lake. Over 18 and have a fishing license? You can borrow a pole too!
10:30am: Fire Safety and Fire Building with Smokey Bear’s guidelines. Earn a Smokey Bear keychain for attending.
11am: Live Raptors from Hardy Lake!
1pm: Live Reptile Talk
1:30pm: Rock Skipping Contest
2pm: Blindfold Hike
2:45pm: Creek Stomp (meet by Village concessions/Ordinary)
4pm: Find the scat compass activity
8:15pm: Nocturnal Animal Calls
9pm: Children’s Night Hike
