We love persimmons here in Lawrence County! From persimmon pudding to the Persimmon Festival – we just can’t get enough of them! The Mitchell Library would like to share this love with the community by offering FREE persimmon trees to the public. By doing this, we can rest assured that there will be plenty of persimmons for future generations and that Mitchell stays at the top of the persimmon game for years to come.
