The 56th anniversary of the Apollo One disaster and the death of Virgil I. “Gus” Grissom, Roger Chaffee and Ed White will be Friday, Jan. 27. Gather at the Grissom Boyhood Home at 6:00 pm. A short program will commence at 6:15 pm, leading up to the time of the disaster. A moment of silence will close the program.
