The Lawrence County Rock Club hosts the annual Gem, Mineral & Fossil Show at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds.

See a variety of gems, jewelry, beads, minerals, fossils, rocks, gifts, lapidary supplies, Rockhound & Prospecting tools, 4-H/science fair projects and more!

GREEN HILL CEMETERY TOUR

In honor of Limestone Month, we are offering a guided tour through Green Hill Cemetery. This cemetery is full of intricate gravestones made of limestone. As we walk through, you’ll hear interesting fact about the limestone industry, explanations of special cemetery stones and stories about some of the prominent figures that have been laid to rest there.

We are offering two tours in June:
14th – 10:00 AM
28th – 10:00 AM
